Dr. Carter and his team are dedicated to providing you with a comfortable visit and results you’ll be proud to show off. Our administrative staff is ready to help you with questions about scheduling, financial policy, and insurance — so that part of the process is as easy as possible.
Your First Visit
From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll find a warm and welcoming environment. Our front office team will greet you, answer any questions you may have, and make sure you feel at ease before you even sit in the chair.
We ask new patients to arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete new patient forms and review any insurance information. To save time, you’re also welcome to download and complete your paperwork before your appointment.

The cost of your treatment will vary based on your individual needs and treatment plan. We’ll always walk you through your options and associated costs before any work begins, so you can make the best decision for your smile and your budget.
We accept most major insurance plans and will handle filing your claims on your behalf. Jeri-Lynn, our Insurance Coordinator, is here to help answer any questions about your coverage and make the billing process as smooth as possible.
